RESEARCH INTERN

The MassINC Polling Group is a full-service survey research company offering public opinion research to public, private, and social sector clients.  We are the polling provider for WBUR, an NPR station in the Boston area as well as many of the region’s leading businesses and foundations. The MassINC Polling Group is hiring for a part time, paid Research Intern to continue to build our team and meet our clients’ growing demands.

The Research Intern will work with senior staff members on the administrative tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly. Day-to-day responsibilities will include administrative tasks, scheduling, background research, editing and proofing written products, posting material to the website, and other tasks as assigned. The Research Intern will also work with senior staff members on some parts of the polling and survey research process.

Required qualification:

  1. Completed or enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in political science or related field.
  2. Close attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks.
  3. Strong familiarity with MS Office applications.

This job will require approximately 12-18 hours a week. The schedule is flexible.
